Hello. I use oq to find flex team these days and it worked quite good.

Just from yesterday, my oq doesn't work. When I click wait list, nothing happens after that. It used to be pending.

And I updated my oq to 1.9.8 still the same. I also tried to delete all addons and reinstalled. The issue was the same.

Please help me to fix it.

clicking wait list and nothing happening it's not an oQueue problem.. it's usually Blizzard's BattleNet's problem because it delays messages...

as WoD is nearing release blizzard is slowly strangling and delaying heavily the communications channels used by oQueue... blizz intends to kill oQueue fbecause it has cloned much of its functionality into the new group finder interface.

I have to agree it is being rather difficult atm, regardless if it is oq or bnet being the issue (my bets on bnet).

I had a connection this morning, did a heroic scenario with a group and shortly after my connection became 0-0. Even after struggling to get other btags it was like 0-1, 0-2. Eventually it fixed itself. Now I am at 20-1 and can't seem to get anymore btags.

if your connection is '0 - 2' ... then you've got as very poor connection.

the first number, 0 in this case, is for the number of people on your realm currently using oQueue. if it's '0', then you're not connected to the oqgeneral channel. go to the setup tab and make sure it's checked (4th from the bottom). if you hit find-mesh, and this option is unchecked, oQueue will automatically enable it.

the oqgeneral channel is the mechanism thru which people on your realm are able to pass the premade information they've receieved from their b.net mesh connections on other realms.
